Firstly, PNP charcoal is FSC®-certified, using all legal wood plants as raw materials. Our products also passed the Vinacontrol test, proving all our claimed charcoal specifications are correct!
- How can I get a quotation for a charcoal product?

About our ordering procedure, payment terms, and the shipping process
- What is the minimum amount of charcoal I can order?
Our minimum order quantity is a 1x40ft container.
- What kinds of packing does PNP provide? Can I have my logo printed on the package?
At PNP, we provide 2 main types of packages, including PP bags or carton boxes. If you want us to adapt your logo or design to our packages, feel free to request us in your order!
- What kind of payment does PNP accept?
The payment process at PNP is:
- Deposit 30% by T/T
- Pay the remaining 70% when receiving the scanned documents by T/T
After receiving the full payment, PNP will do the Telex release immediately.
- What types of shipping documents do we need to provide?
To quickly process the charcoal shipment, we kindly request our customers to provide us:
- The bill of lading (BOL)
- The packing list
- The invoice
- Certificate of origin (CO)
