Understanding the possible risks of Charcoal manufacturing and delivery, PNP always follows a strict production system to maintain work efficiency.
Cut the wood into the standard size (Length: 45-46cm, diameter: 5-20cm).
Arrange the wood into the kiln.
Start the carbonization process in 15-20 days.
After 15-20 days, the process will be finished, fire off and wait for the charcoal to cool itself in 15-20 days.
Cut the charcoal into the required size. Pack the charcoal according to the customer’s option.
Store the charcoal in a cool and dry place, wait for it to cool itself completely in 5-7 days.
Arrange the charcoal into the container and deliver.
